Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping destinations include the United Kingdom and selected international locations. Available shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays and customs processing.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be refunded minus shipping costs or require additional payment for re-delivery.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.
If an order is delayed or appears lost, please allow up to 2 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery time before contacting us.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
To cancel an order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, socks must be unworn and unused to be eligible for return.
Items returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
